1. Who can apply for King Sue Ham Reselling Program?

  • Anyone can be a King Sue Ham Reseller. Just make sure to meet the minimum order quantity.

2. Are there any fees when applying for King Sue Ham Reselling Program?

  • None. The King Sue Ham Reselling Program is not the same as Franchising Program. There are no franchise fees and royalties.

3. What are the requirements to become a Reseller?

  • Fill out completely the King Sue Ham Reseller's Application Form.
  • Submit a location map within a 2 kilometers radius (Google Maps printout, size 8.5 x 11 inches) where the Reseller is located.

4. How much do I need to start up?

  • Start up cost is initial purchase of assorted products worth PHP 3,000.00.

5. What marketing support can King Sue Ham provide?

  • King Sue Ham will provide digital materials for publicity. At times, we may also provide product samples for tasting and corporate gifts as promotional materials.

6. Can Reseller borrow a freezer?

  • Yes. A cash bond of PHP 15,000.00 and monthly sales quota of PHP 100,000.00 are required to borrow. Cash bond is refundable on a case to case basis, depending on the condition of the freezer.
  • Freezer description: 13.3 cubic feet chest freezer with sliding door and King Sue Ham logo.
  • The Reseller is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the unit.

7. How much is the delivery cost?

  • Free delivery with a minimum purchase of PHP 3,000.00, aligned with the regular delivery schedule of company vans within Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga and Rizal.
  • Non-regular delivery schedule may be available for Baguio, Batangas, Cabanatuan, La Union, Lucena, Pangasinan, Subic and Tarlac.
  • Delivery may take longer in December.
  • Please refer to the Sales Representative for the delivery schedule.
  • For orders below PHP 3,000.00, delivery will be through Reseller's own booked and paid delivery rider. For areas not covered by company vans, shipping fees are to be arranged and paid by the Reseller.

8. What are the terms of payment?

  • King Sue Ham requires full payment before delivery. Reseller has 7 days to pay for his/ her orders. If Reseller fails to show proof of payment after the 7 days holding period, King Sue Ham has the option to cancel and serve to others the said orders.

9. What are the modes of payment?

  • Deposit to King Sue Ham bank or GCash account

10. Do you have a Return Policy?

  • We assure our clients that all the products delivered are in good quality condition and checked properly from our warehouse. In case of factory defects, we will exchange the damaged products only within the period of seven (7) days from date of purchase. The defective products/items must be accompanied by the receipt for the corresponding purchase.
  • No claims shall be considered after seven (7) days from receipt of goods. • Any claim shall be made in writing giving full details with a photo included. Buyer agrees to waive claim, if no written notice is sent.
  • King Sue Ham reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of goods after they have been used, consumed, or tampered in whole or in part.
  • All approved claims will be replaced with same product and included on your next purchase.

11. What is the order delivery lead time?

  • Resellers can submit their orders from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • If the items are available and payment has been verified before 3 p.m., King Sue Ham can deliver within the day through Reseller's own booked and paid delivery rider or deliver for free by company van, aligned with the regular delivery schedule.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

12. Can Resellers pick up orders direct from King Sue Ham?

  • Yes, Resellers can pick up from Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Place your orders and show proof of payment one day before pick up.
