Korean Chicken Tocino Stir Fried Rice

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc. White Onion
  • 250g King Sue Chicken Tocino
  • 1 tbsp. Korean Bean Paste
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 pc half small carrots, julliened
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup Chinese Cabbage
  • 4 cups Bean Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
  1. Saute in Olive Oil the garlic, onions and King Sue Chicken Tocino
  2. Add the bean paste, oyster sauce and a dash of sesame oil. Then add the carrots and bell pepper
  3. Add vegetables. Then add the cooked rice and combine well.
  4. Toss in the rest of the vegetables and top with sesame seeds
